In her career, Deirdre has managed loyalty and retention programs for a variety of clients including Capital One, IBM, Dell, AT&T, Washington Post, BMC Software, Disney and Clear Channel Communications. Prior to joining Plus Three Deirdre was director of implementation at Bigfoot Interactive. As one of the company's original team members, Deirdre played an integral role in developing order processing and fulfillment systems that allowed Bigfoot Interactive to reduce cycle times fourfold, double production output and support more than 100 top-tier clients with full service to ASP solutions.
